Account & Registration

Registering a duit66 account is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Click the Register at the top right corner of the website, fill in the form with your username, password, phone number, and a valid email address. You will receive a verification SMS to activate your account. Once activated, you can proceed to make a deposit and start playing.

To complete KYC verification, you need to submit a clear copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — both front and back — along with recent proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. KYC must be completed before making your first withdrawal.

No. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Registering multiple accounts violates duit66's Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings, then select Change Password. Enter your old password, followed by your new password twice for confirmation. Make sure your new password contains at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers for optimal security.

Deposit & Payments

duit66 accepts a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, instant bank transfer (IBG), and selected crypto wallets. All methods are processed automatically and funds will be credited to your account within minutes once payment is confirmed.

The minimum deposit at duit66 is RM 10 for most payment methods. For certain methods such as bank transfers, the minimum may be higher. No maximum deposit limit is set, however transactions exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification for security and compliance purposes.

Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are processed instantly — typically within 2 minutes. Manual bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on bank operating hours. Withdrawal

Withdrawals for members who have completed KYC are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods. Bank transfers typically take 30 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals made outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. We process withdrawal requests 24 hours a day.

The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 while the maximum daily limit depends on your membership level. Regular members can withdraw up to RM 10,000 per day, Silver members up to RM 30,000, and VIP Gold members and above enjoy higher withdrawal limits with no restrictions. Membership is upgraded automatically as your total play activity increases.

Withdrawals may be rejected for several reasons: KYC not yet completed, bonus rollover requirements not met, the registered bank account name does not match the duit66 account holder's name, or suspicious activity detected. Bonus & Promotions

The welcome bonus is automatically credited once you register and make your first qualifying deposit. No promo code is needed unless stated in a specific offer. The bonus will appear in your bonus wallet balance and can be used across all eligible games on the duit66 platform.

Rollover requirements vary by bonus type. Generally, the welcome bonus requires a 5x to 10x rollover of the total deposit plus bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit RM 100 and receive a RM 100 bonus, you need to meet a wagering requirement of RM 1,000 (10x) before funds can be withdrawn. The weekly rebate is calculated based on your total net losses from Monday to Sunday each week. Rebate funds are automatically credited to your account every Monday before 12:00 PM. No rollover requirement applies to the weekly rebate — you can withdraw it directly once credited.
